Please find below the latest organisational details regarding the
conference.
BUS TRANSPORTATION:

We will provide a free shuttle service to Sigüenza from Madrid Airport
in the afternoon of Sunday June 23rd, with a bus departing at 14:30 hours
and another one at 17:30 hours. The buses will be waiting at the bus
parking of the Airport located in front of Terminal 1. The exact place
is shown in the conference web page. Buses will be identified with a
conference poster in the front and back windows.
At the end of the Conference a similar service has been arranged
with a bus departing from Sigüenza immediately after the end of the final
afternoon session on Thursday 27th (not later than 17:00) and another one
early in the morning of Friday June 28th to Madrid Airport (not later
than 09:00).

The registration desk will be open in the afternoon of Sunday June 23rd
at the entrance of the Meeting Room at the Parador.
Remember that there is a registration fee of 150 Euros which must be
paid in cash at the moment of registration.

All registered participants and accompanying persons are invited to a
welcome reception that will take place in the XVIth Century Renaissance-
style 'patio' of the Town Hall of Sigüenza at 20:00 on Sunday June 23rd
offered by the local authorities.
This day is a local festival in Sigüenza (San Juan). You can join the
'fiesta' after the reception at the Town Hall.

There will be two viewgraph projectors available at the Meeting Room
during the conference as well as a slide and a video projector. For
electronic presentations (Power Point) you can either bring your own
portable PC or use the conference PC we will provide, which can read
either floppy disks or CD-Roms.
