We present the results of spectrophotometric images between 5 and 16.5 $\mu$m of the proto-planetary nebula CRL 2688, and the Planetary nebulae, NGC 7027, NGC 6543 and BD+303639. The spectral images were obtained with the Circular Variable Filter (CVF) of ISOCAM using a scale of 1.5 arcsec/pix. A morphological study of the different features present in the CVF spectra of the nebulae is discussed. This is part of the ISOCAM Central Programme relative to the Infrared structures of Protoplanetary and Planetary Nebulae.
