Discretionary Time Proposals

A small pool of observing time, called ``Discretionary Time'', is being kept available for observations which could not have been foreseen at the time of the proposal process. Details on applying for discretionary time may be found on the WWW server at: http://www.iso.vilspa.esa.es/discrete/disc_time.php. The following discretionary time proposals were successful:
