New Version (v1.2) of the ISO Data Archive installed on 24/03/1999
On the afternoon of the 24th of March 1999, a new version (v1.2) of the ISO Data
Archive software was installed.
The following modifications have been brought into this new version :
- Offer the possibility of viewing every Nth observation in the observation list and add scrollbar to view them
- Optimise observation list presentation to reduce data transfers and object redrawing
- Save Observations List into ASCII file
- Load/Save SQL query/results into file
- Add instrument specific data in the database (only accessible via direct SQL)
- Fix some FOVs data/display for CAM observations
- Correct wavelength range for PHT SS and PHT SL observations
- Correct coordinates for some PV and Post-Helium revolutions
- Correct coordinates for observations in engineering windows
- ISO Data Archive version number now on the HTML pages and in the Applet
- Get rid of frame movements when creating the applet
- Add dismiss and save buttons to POF, ICD, RRP and ISR file display
- Change the cursor to a clock to indicate applet is busy
- Make the applet and all the generated windows appear at 20,20 on the screen
- Take into account the size of the user's screen and resize the applet accordingly
- Allow to print Postcards
- Improve printing and display of postcard when they are too large for the paper/user screen
- Solve problem when user login with a username greater than 8 characters
- Do not provide the LSPD file when quick look retrieval files are requested for LWS
- Avoid empty tar files when retrieving data
- Automatic restart connection with the database if it has broken
- Increase number of targets (to 150) that can be handled by a batch query
- Modify description for P77, LWS // and CAM //
- Add Sun signature's to be used when accessing the archive from the appletviewer
- Make the Direct SQL applet more user friendly
