* Filenames Conversion Programs:

PIA works only with FITS files which are named in accordance with the official nomenclature (see IDPD), since its use allows for a preselection of files of different types. Different programs have been developed by colleagues from MPIA for conversion from CD-ROM distribution nomenclature and by PIDT colleagues for conversion from ISO archive nomenclature into the official nomenclature.
